How I Got My ₹15K to 20k Job as a operation's
INTRODUCTION
SMILING, FRIENDLY TONE
Hey everyone
I am here to share some thoughts and things which I have done myself and have seen very good results with myself.
So today, I’m going to share something really helpful — how I got a ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 job in ANY field. Whether you're someone looking to switch your job or you're just starting out, this video is for you.
I’ll break it down step by step — real talk, no fake gyaan. Let’s go!
[STEP 1 – SELF-REALIZATION: “I DESERVE BETTER]
So, I was working in a job where I was earning very less — around ₹10–₹11K. The work was okay, but the environment? Not so great.
People around me didn’t support me much, and I always felt like I wasn’t growing.
That’s when I told myself — “I deserve better.”
I knew I had some experience, I knew how to handle basic operations and clients, and I was learning every day. So why settle?
That moment changed everything.
[STEP 2 – I MADE MY RESUME SIMPLE & STRONG]
First thing I did — I updated my resume.
Not fancy. Just clean and to the point.
I added:
My job experience (even if it was small)
My education (even though I’m still studying)
Skills like: MS Excel, data handling, admin work, client communication
👉 Pro tip: Even if your English isn’t perfect, don’t worry — just be honest and highlight what you can do.
[STEP 3 – I APPLIED EVERYWHERE]
I didn’t wait for opportunities — I created them.
Here’s where I applied:
Naukri.com
Indeed
LinkedIn (Yes, it works!)
WhatsApp job groups — search “Jobs in Delhi NCR” or “Admin jobs for freshers”
I applied for 8–10 jobs every single day — consistency is key.
And yes, I also looked at roles like:
Operations Executive
Admin Assistant
Telecaller (if the company seemed good)
Don’t limit yourself. The first goal is to enter a better work space.
[STEP 4 – I WORKED ON MY ENGLISH & CONFIDENCE]
One of the biggest reasons people get rejected is communication.
So I worked on mine — not to become fluent, but to become confident.
Here’s what I did:
Practiced speaking with friends or in front of a mirror
Watched short YouTube videos on basic English conversations
Learned common interview questions and practiced answers
👉 Remember, companies want someone who can talk to clients confidently, not someone who speaks like a professor.
[STEP 5 – I CONTACTED HRs DIRECTLY]
This part really helped me.
I didn’t just wait for interview calls. I found HR numbers in job groups, and I messaged them politely.
Example message:
“Hi, I’m [Your Name]. I have some experience in operations and admin, and I’m currently looking for a job. Please check my resume and let me know if there’s any opportunity.”
And trust me — many replied. Some ignored, yes, but a few gave me interviews. That’s all you need!
[STEP 6 – I FACED INTERVIEWS WITH CONFIDENCE]
Now, interview time!
I was nervous in the beginning, but I reminded myself — I’ve already worked before. I just need to show I’m serious and capable.
I answered questions like:
Tell me about yourself
What’s your experience?
Why do you want to join us?
Can you handle pressure?
I stayed positive, smiled, and showed that I’m eager to learn.
👉 Tip: Even if you don’t have strong English, your attitude can win the interview.
[STEP 7 – I GOT SELECTED! 🙌]
And finally, I got a call:
“You’re selected. Salary is ₹20,000.”
I was so happy. All that effort paid off.
Now, I’m working in a better company, with a better salary, and a better environment.
[ENDING – MOTIVATIONAL TONE]
So, to anyone watching this who’s stuck in a low-paying job, or feels ignored or undervalued —
Please don’t settle.
You can get a better job. Just follow these steps:
Know your worth
Update your resume
Apply daily
Work on your communication
Contact HRs directly
Be confident in interviews
You don’t need perfect English or a big degree — you need consistency, effort, and belief.
If I can do it, you can too.
